We started our real estate marketing career in the in-house department of one of Vancouver’s largest Commercial Real Estate brokerages. It was here we gleaned valuable information from some of the cities most successful real estate brokers.

A few years in, we were offered a position to develop an in-house team at one of the more successful residential brokerages where we successfully grew the marketing department from a small part time position to a team of 3 working on over 100 realtors projects making a substantial monthly profit.

From there we were again asked to do something similar for the new Sotheby’s International Realty Canada offices. After 2 years of setting up systems, developing cross promotional relationships, building websites, databases and new branding we moved on to start our own consulting company offering the same services to realtors and brokerages in key areas.
